James seems to function on the principle that he may not be able to control everything, but he can control his reactions. He sees a holiday with the beach, a road trip, and theme parks as the ultimate getaway. To the people wanting to join his team of superstars, James has one advice-get real, play to your strengths, work at your weaknesses, and keep a sense of humour. A dog enthusiast, James would choose invisibility as his superpower to be a superhero. Though he once dreamed of becoming a pilot, James now finds fulfilment in helping businesses grow and giving owners more time. If he were a pasta shape, James would be gnocchi because it combines his two favourite carbs. When he's not working, you can find him with his family or fishing. One of the key principles that seem to have orchestrated James's career is the compound effect: small efforts, consistently applied, create giant results.

Sheridan loves animals and would open an animal rescue company if she were to win the lottery tomorrow, while still working at Vital Accounts. The best advice that has ever been given to her is never to judge a person by their appearance or what they are wearing; you never know who they are, what they have, or what they may want. Sheridan says, "If you are a candidate looking to join the team of superstars, then make sure you can take a joke, there's plenty of office banter." A dog lover, Sheridan finds the most inspiration in her job from helping small businesses like theirs grow every day. If she were a superhero in life, she would see into the future. She swore when she was younger that she would compete as an Olympic horse rider. Outside of work, Sheridan enjoys keeping fit with kettlebell classes and is also an avid shopper, claiming she’s really good at it.

Alicia believes in the wisdom of “Never assume” a piece of advice that has guided her throughout her career. She does hope that candidates wanting to join the team of superstars can bring their best office banter. If she weren’t so adept at her job, Alicia might have pursued a career as a midwife. A passionate dog lover, most of her inspiration comes from being part of an amazing team and enjoying going to work every day. As a child, Alicia was certain she would grow up to be a school teacher. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, boxing, and quality time with her husband and two kids. If you get her in the coffee shop, she will be ordering a chai latte with full cream milk.

Sarah, with over 7 years in administration, brings invaluable expertise to Vital Accounts. Her deep knowledge of bookkeeping and trade makes her a cornerstone of our team. Sarah's best advice? "Treat people as you want to be treated, and if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all." Sarah loves the camaraderie with her team the most inspiring aspect of her job. If she were a superhero, she'd choose invisibility as her power. A fun fact about Sarah: she loves both animals and coffee.
